How to Apply
To apply to ITVERP, the eligible applicant must submit a completed application. The application can
be time-consuming and requires supporting documentation. Now, you can begin the process online, add
supporting documentation as you find it, and complete your application when you are ready.

assist you in completing the application.
If you are a new user, please follow the “Register” button, where you will be asked to create an
account, including a new username and password. The username and password will be required each
time you log into the system and can be used for multiple applications, if necessary. If you
already have an account, please click the “Sign In” button below.
